Organism remarks Cap 55-60 mm diameter and 10-12 mm high, plane, smooth, moist, shining grey/brown, cap margin straight. Gills adnate, 8/cm with short and long lamellules, margin smooth, white to pale creamy brown. Spore print white. Stipe tapering downwards, 60-77 mm long, white to pale brown, solid. Partial veil membranous, striate, volva saccate, base angular bulbous to tapering.
Occurrence remarks In grey sand in full sun in the middle of a track.
