Occurrence remarks Shrub in the Araceae family with simple, alternate leaves.Leaves have a smooth margin, oil dots that are visible with a lens, and a smooth upper and underside.Intramarginal vein is present and there are about 6 or 7 lateral veins on each side of the midrib that are at a 30 - 60 degree angle. The plant is most easily identified by its very long, speckled petioles and large leaves with a winged, cordate base shape.
