The collector was Lew Chinnick, on a large trip from Adelaide in South Australia to Elliot in the Northern Territory, across to Halls Creek and Derby, then Wyndham, in Western Australia, up to Katherine, Northern Territory, then across to Longreach, Queensland. |
Occurrence remarks | Sandy (white) and pebbly (fine stones). Scrubby area with Eucalyptus sp. & Acacia sp. to 20ft. Some bloodwood with Ti-tree & other shrubs scattered throughout. Soil sandy (white) and pebbly (fine stones). Odd areas of Triodia sp. but mainly well well spaced giant Stipa. GenusNov12 (?) sp. 2, Genus Nov. 15 (?) sp (3) located backwards from Vic River Depot |
