Occurrence remarks My extremely amateur observations are as follows: Black. About 30mm. One of a large group actively digging tunnels in the compacted dirt pathway. Others were foraging in the immediate vicinity, including repeatedly settling on bottlebrush flowers. Quite passive with regard to passing walkers, joggers and photographers.
