Habitat On level plain adjacent to Douglas River, on old alluvial plain with patches of poor drainage. Soils are neutral orange-brown sandy loams. Tall woodland of Eucalyptus platyphylla and Corymbia tessellaris with grassy ground layer of Heteropogon contortus.
