Occurrence remarks Erect branched daisy with square purplish-brown stems. Erect pale hairs along stems. Leaves bright green, paler beneath. Greenish white petioles. Flowers with bright orange-yellow ray and disc florets. Seeds brown. Two small infestations of up to c. 1sq m remain just outside property where it was originally planted as an ornamental. Has not spread. Cultivated plants have been destroyed. Collected as part of the Northern Australia Quarantine Strategy.
