Field notes Transcription of notebook 85 of K. H. L. Key's field notebook collection in the Australian National Insect Collection (ANIC). The collector was Lew Chinnick, on a large trip from Adelaide in South Australia to Elliot in the Northern Territory, across to Halls Creek and Derby, then Wyndham, in Western Australia, up to Katherine, Northern Territory, then across to Longreach, Queensland.
Occurrence remarks Stoney hill Stony spinifex covered hill with several species of Eucalyptus (white smooth barked species) and some shrubby material. A leguminous shrub to 18 inch but flat topped at about 3 ft in width present. Macrazelota sp. (j) found as nymph
