Identification remarks A small and much overlooked group of tineid moths, sometimes allocated their own family Dryadaulidae. Usually in damp shady locations including rainforests and sometimes fly in "sunspots" just above the forest floor. Multiple species are present in Tasmania, but I think only one is named. The alert stance with the antennae erect is typical.
