Supplied as "Flowline between large and small ridges. Soil: Red-brown loam, with thin dark coarse sand cover in places. Scattered Eucalyptus xerothermica low trees over Acacia aff. aneura (narrow, green; MET 15,850) low open forest over Maireana villosa low shrubs over Chrysopogon fallax and Plectrachne melvillei grassland. Eucalyptus xerothermica 3-6 m = 1%; Acacia aff. aneura (narrow, green; MET 15,850); 3-7 + m > 40%; Maireana villosa 15-50 cm = 5%; Chrysopogon fallax 40-50 cm = 1%; Plectrachne melvillei 40-65 cm < 2%. The Bidens bipinnata was common in places. Associated annuals: Brunonia australis, Rhodanthe charsleyae, Swainsona kingii, Ptilotus polystachyus, Dysphania kalpari, Ptilotus helipteroides var. helipteroides, Enneapogon polyphyllus, Brachyscome iberidifolia, Vittadinia obovata, Pterocaulon sphacelatum, Ptilotus gaudichaudii var. gaudichaudii, Salsola kali, Rhodanthe floribunda, Aristida contorta, Ptilotus exaltatus, Nicotiana rosulata ssp. rosulata, Digitaria ctenantha, Perotis rara, Paspalidium clementii, Bidens bipinnata, Abutilon otocarpum, Wahlenbergia tumidifructa, Calotis hispidula, Bracteantha aff. bracteata, Ptilotus aervoides, Euphorbia coghlanii, Amaranthus mitchellii, Stenopetalum nutans, Nicotiana rosulata ssp. rosulata, Paspalidium aff. clementii (site 976). Associated perennials: Chrysopogon fallax, Enneapogon intermedius, Solanum lasiophyllum, Alternanthera nana, Digitaria aff. ammophila, Acacia aff. aneura (narrow, green; MET 15,850), Aristida obscura, Hibiscus burtonii, Chrysocephalum aff. apiculatum, Ptilotus obovatus, Rhagodia sp. Hamersley, Themeda aff. triandra (MET 16,046), Aristida latifolia. Associated lianes: Convolvulus erubescens, Porana commixta." |
