Occurrence remarks Prostrate scrambling to ascending herb that roots at nodes. Leaves lush dark green with variously lobed or toothed margins. Flowers in terminal capitulae; with vivid yellow ray and disc florets.

Event remarks Growing with Senna obtusifolia, Stylosanthes hamata, Mimosa pudica and Chrysopogon aciculatus. Host to European honey bees (Apis mellifera) collected by entomologist (ADR977) to check for bee mites. This specimen has been treated with ethanol for preservation purposes.
