Occurrence remarks A number of trees throughout the woodland were examined, but the fungus was only seen on 2-3 trees close together. 'Ascospores cylindric with blunt apices, non-septate, c. 17 x 3.5 um. Ascus tip not amyloid.' - T. May, Aug. 1997.
