Occurrence remarks Plants very variable in size. Caudex absent. Often decumbent for a few feet or rarely decumbent for less than one foot, then vertical for up to 3 feet. Spathe pale green enclosing base of spadix. Spadix orange in upper half, pale yellowish in lower part. Ovaries on enclosed base of spadix greenish with paler stigma.
